Terms & Conditions

1. General

By booking and participating in services provided by Coach Jonathan Crawford of Sports Intelligence UK LTD you agree to the following terms and conditions. These are designed to ensure a safe, professional, and effective training environment. All training is undertaken at your own risk. Please read our Disclaimer before participating.

2. Session Duration & Punctuality

All personal training sessions are 60 minutes in duration.

Sessions will begin and end at the scheduled time. Late arrival will result in a reduced session length, with the full fee still applicable.

3. Health & Responsibility

Clients must ensure they are medically fit to participate in physical activity.

It is the client’s responsibility to:

  • Consult with a GP or healthcare professional prior to training if required
  • Disclose any injuries, medical conditions, or physical limitations

Jonathan Crawford of Sports Intelligence UK LTD accepts no liability for:

  • Injuries related to undisclosed or pre-existing conditions
  • Injuries caused by improper execution of exercises outside of supervision

4. Payments & Refunds

All sessions must be paid for in advance.

Payments are non-refundable once a session has been booked.

5. Block Session Packages

Block bookings are subject to an expiry period, communicated at purchase.

  • Sessions must be used within this timeframe
  • Extensions are only granted if Jonathan Crawford of Sports Intelligence UK LTD is unable to fulfil scheduled sessions

Unused sessions will be forfeited after expiry.

6. Cancellations & Rescheduling

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for online cancellations.

  • Less than 24 hours’ notice = session charged in full
  • Missed sessions = forfeited

7. Online Training & Subscriptions

Participation in online training, including video-based programmes, is at the client’s own risk.

Clients must ensure they:

  • Are physically capable of performing exercises
  • Follow instructions carefully

8. Limitation of Liability

Jonathan Crawford of Sports Intelligence UK LTD provides professional guidance but accepts no liability for injuries sustained during or after training, including misuse of exercises or failure to follow instructions.

9. Amendments

These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of services indicates acceptance of any changes.

  • Name and contact details
  • Health and medical information (via PAR-Q)
  • Payment information

  • Deliver coaching services
  • Ensure safe participation in training

3. Health Information

Health data is considered sensitive and will only be used to ensure your safety during training. It will not be shared without your consent.

Your data is stored securely and only accessible to Coach Jayci. Reasonable measures are taken to protect against unauthorised access.

5. Third Parties

Your data may be processed by trusted third-party services (e.g. payment processors, online platforms), but will not be sold or shared unnecessarily.

Health Screening (PAR-Q)

Please answer the following:

  1. Has your doctor ever said you have a heart condition or should only do physical activity recommended by a doctor?
  2. Do you feel pain in your chest during physical activity?
  3. Have you experienced chest pain in the past month?
  4. Do you lose balance due to dizziness or lose consciousness?
  5. Do you have any bone or joint problems that could worsen with exercise?
  6. Are you currently taking medication for blood pressure or a heart condition?
  7. Are you pregnant or recently postpartum?
  8. Do you have any other medical conditions or injuries we should be aware of?

If you answered YES to any of the above, please provide details and consult a healthcare professional before training.
