Had a PT session with Jonathon and was really impressed. I usually pay for gym memberships and rarely go because of how busy I am. But Jonathon really changed that. His follow-ups and motivation pushed me to show up and stay committed. ... He quickly understood what my body needs at this stage and structured the session very intelligently, focusing on strength, shape, and overall fitness. What I appreciated most was that every exercise had a clear purpose. He explained what each one was for, what I should focus on, and how to do it properly, which helped me build both physical awareness and confidence. Also, Jonathon was very understanding of my time constraints and helped tailor a schedule that fit around my very busy days.

The gym itself is very energetic. The staff are always friendly, welcoming, and kind, which makes a big difference. There is a wide range of equipment, and with two floors, you always have enough space to exercise comfortably. The reception desk is also very clean. Overall, the atmosphere is really motivating. Thank you gym team and many thanks to Jonathan.

I can’t recommend Johnathon at Energym Ealing enough! After having my baby, I was stuck in a rut of binge eating and not exercising, feeling really low about my body and motivation. Johnathon completely changed that – he’s given me the confidence, structure, and encouragement to start (and actually enjoy!) my weight loss journey. ... He’s supportive, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about your progress. I’m fitter, stronger, and happier thanks to his guidance. Coach JC has been coaching me in boxing since mid 2025 and has been absolutely fantastic. Sessions are tailored to me, and a mix of strength & conditioning and boxing technique.
